Description

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.

Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave programs.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Support performance management, including conducting reviews and addressing employee concerns.

Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
