How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ The Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Sales Organization is looking for a Global Partner Program Manager who will be responsible for identifying the strategies and tactics to innovate and unify the global Ericsson Enterprise Solutions partner program strategy to deliver on the 3-year program roadmap. As a member of the Global Distribution and Partner Programs team, the Global Partner Program Manager brings deep understanding of the legacy Cradlepoint partner program and is able to define and implement a unified and scalable program structure.\ \ The Global Partner Program team develops ecosystem strategy, partner programs, partner experience, and programmatic go-to-market support for Cradlepoint / Ericsson Enterprise and our partners. Through our partner ecosystem, we seek to accelerate customer outcomes through a thriving partner ecosystem.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Manage the programs internal communications including dashboards to measure program engagement and effectiveness to keep the organization informed on program updates
  • Deeply understand the elements of existing disparate partner programs and identify the crawl, walk, run path forward to unify the programs including requirements, benefits and tier structure
  • Drive innovation to create new program elements to deliver the three (3) year partner program vision
  • Define technical program requirements and benefits that meet the needs of Ericsson\'s complex product offering
  • Collaborate and co-ordinate across multiple business functions and geographies to achieve alignment and deliver results
  • Ability to develop and deliver strategic-level communications and presentations to express new ideas and drive approvals

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree (or higher) in related field
  • Two (2+) years of relevant experience - ideally with specific exposure to multiple partner sales motions
  • Ability to travel up to fifteen percent (\15%) of the time
  • Direct experience building global, multi-tier partner program structures
  • Self-starter, excited about rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done in the environment of a hyper-growth company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation - including to senior management as required
  • Strong project management capability, the ability to identify and track key milestones and know what is important to keep projects on track
  • Balance of analytic/process and relationship/people skills (a professional that is not afraid of pivot tables and ready to get your hands dirty executing)
  • Excellent business acumen, with demonstrated ability to identify, articulate, and make decisions with complex tradeoffs
  • While there is a primary location listed on this requisition, other locations may be considered
