This position is a full-time position. Hours are from 11PM to 7AM 4-5 days a week. Wage dependent upon experience:

\$17 - \$19 / hourly.

JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure that all charges of the day have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account.

Ensure that all food and beverage outlets have balanced.

Ensure that all front office charges, miscellaneous charges, and adjustments have been posted and balanced out.

Ensure that all guest charges have been balanced, all appropriate reports have been run, and all supporting documentation is attached to the appropriate reports.

Ensure balances on PMS and credit card systems match, and directly deposit credit cards.

Perform additional duties as the need arises.

Will be a Manager on Duty during shift

Knowledge of computers, accounting, auditing, and front desk procedures.

Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public.

Ability to communicate and develop an effective working relationship with fellow employees and supervisors.

Ability to work well alone.

Ability to make change quickly and accurately.

Typing and 10-key experience.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with co-workers and patrons in an English speaking environment.

Must work weekends & holidays.
