Delivery Driver II (Long Haul)\ Fishers is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Delivery Driver II position. This valuable team member will work as part of a team that is responsible for the white glove delivery of equipment and supplies that are fulfilled out of our Boise warehouse. This position will be responsible for deliveries to customer locations across Montana, Idaho, Utah and Spokane, Washington. This position will be primarily driving box trucks between 20-26 feet long.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely load, transport, and unload copiers, other office equipment, and IT hardware to various customer locations.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
  • Install and setup copiers and office equipment at customer sites, ensuring all connections and configurations are completed accurately.
  • Provide white glove customer service, including demonstrating basic operation of equipment to customers.
  • Maintain delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during delivery and installation.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment as needed.
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and equipment.
  • Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including stocking, inventory, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations.
  • Adapt quickly to changes such as scheduling changes, weather, etc.
  • Additional warehouse duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
  • Previous trucking experience with either box trucks or semis, preferred but not required.
  • Pass annual DOT physical test.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
  • Drive to grow skills and grow within the organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to use smartphones and tablets, GPS for navigation, Google Maps when necessary.
  • Ability to work 4 days a week for 10 hours per day.
  • Overnight travel 2-4 days per week.
