Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Boise, Idaho

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boise, Idaho. The role involves reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer files, corresponding with various parties to verify documentation, and maintaining ongoing communication with the team to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate customer files for completeness and accuracy

• Identify files that need further review or escalation and seek assistance when necessary

• Document review processes and correspondence within the application portal

• Communicate with applicants, staff, and vendors to obtain and verify necessary documentation

• Respond to inquiries from applicants about policies and procedures and inform them about their approval status

• Maintain ongoing communication with the team to ensure files are processed according to policies and procedures

• Participate in team meetings and trainings regularly

• Adhere to privacy policies when handling Personally Identifiable Information and sensitive information

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer files

• Represent the organization professionally both internally and externally. Requirements • Proven experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

• Experience with call center customer service is desirable

• Strong data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience with order entry processes

• Ability to handle email correspondence in a professional and timely manner

• Excellent ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• High level of problem-solving skills and initiative

• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and requirements.
