Micron, a world-class leader in innovating memory and storage solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious CMP Process Manager to join our Engineering team in Boise. As the CMP Process Manager at Micron, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the transformation of information into intelligence, shaping the future of technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and lead the flawless execution of CMP processes, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement process improvements and optimize performance.

  • Drive and compete in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines and delivering world-class results

  • Analyze data and provide insights to continuously enhance CMP processes

  • Develop and mentor a team of engineers to achieve ambitious goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • Proven experience in CMP process development and optimization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment
