R1 RCM Client Delivery Manager in Boise, Idaho

As our Client Delivery Manager you will help oversee client engagements, ensure clients receive exceptional service, monitor workflow for internal operations, oversee quality assurance, and be point of contact for escalation of issues and all client requests. Every day you will be responsible for preparing and presenting detailed reports to clients including revenue cycle recommendations and analysis on contract terms, government policies and legislative changes. To thrive you must have internal or external customer service experience, and great time management/prioritizing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients within assigned book of business and act as a communication connection between clients and Operation teams, Client Success, and other service lines

  • Utilize spreadsheets and data visualization software including Excel and Power BI to create and present client meeting material

  • Create, deliver, and present standard and ad hoc client-facing material based on client needs and requests

  • Facilitate all client meetings, respond timely to client requests, manage client expectations regarding the solution and follow through on commitments

  • Promote a supportive and positive team culture that aligns with R1’s values

  • Contribute to the advancement of the internal team initiatives by providing hands-on support and ideas

  • Manage client health and key performance indicators to preemptively address client concerns and/or recognize opportunities for growth and new business

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum four years' of internal or external customer service experience or relevant experience, and written business communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven experience working with MS Excel (intermediate level Excel or above)

  • Thoughtfully provide feedback to internal and external counterparts

  • High school diploma required

  • Time management and prioritization of multiple projects and client engagements

  • Supports greater efficiencies and evolving policies that impact multiple stakeholders

  • Contributes optimism and perseverance to their team: approaches problems with curiosity and problem-solves concerns to find new solutions

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant people and/or client management experience

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, generating positive client feedback on quality, value, delivery, and results

  • Advanced skills in new technologies (Power BI, Visio, Advanced MS Teams, etc)

  • Knowledge and familiarity with reporting-based products (MS Power BI, Tableau, etc)

  • Proven knowledge of solution line, as well as advanced client management experience

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $67,061.41 - $106,374.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
