Express is Eagerly seeking an experiencedcleanerto help a local company with post- construction cleanings!

Pay: \$15-\$17/hr DOE

Schedule: M-F

Hours: Flexible! Must be able to work 4-6 hrs/ day

Duties:

• Deep Cleaning- remove dust, dirt and debris from all surfaces
• Site Clean-up- remove debris, trash, and materials from the construction site
• Stain & Mark removal- spot clean walls, floors, and windows and remove any marks or stains left from construction
• Detail work- clean and polish surfaces such as glass, tile, fixtures, and countertops to ensure high-quality finish
• Window cleaning- remove stickers and construction residue from windows
• Equipment handling- use cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, polishers, chemicals) effectively and safely
• Final Walkthroughs- conduct final check to ensure space is spotless and meets quality standards before occupancy
• Warehouse maintenance- maintain and organize cleaning equipment, moving materials, tools, and all supplies in the warehouse.
• Residential/ Commercial Cleaning- general cleaning of residential and commercial spaces

Requirements:

• 3+ year of post construction clean-up
• Excellent customer service
• Clear written and oral communication
• Ability to drive company vehicle
• Valid Drivers License
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
