Job Description:

We approach problems with creativity and innovation. Our Boise, Idaho, office is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our growing engineering group. We are looking for a motivated candidate with attention to detail, a passion for continued development, and a desire to be part of and support a strong multi-disciplinary team.
Job Responsibilities:
Editing and proofing of technical reports and correspondence
Onboarding new staff
Directing phone calls
Directing all incoming mail and preparing outgoing packages
Compiling and bookmarking pdfs
Copying and scanning documents
Assembling bound copies of reports
Ordering lunches for on-site training/presentations
Planning and coordinating office social events
Maintaining inventory of equipment, office and kitchen supplies
Making travel arrangements
Assisting in local marketing and business development efforts and documentation
Maintaining a schedule of conferences/exhibit displays
Maintaining Employee PE and PG renewals records
Providing Branch Leader and Departmental support as needed
Other miscellaneous duties
Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year related experience in office administration. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 3 years’ related experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills
Other Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check which may include criminal history, motor vehicle record, and credit check
Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
The compensation range for this position is between $18/hour to $25/hour. Compensation for this position may vary based on geographic location and other factors. We remain committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation to all employees, regardless of their location.
