Robert Half Help Desk Analyst I in Boiling Springs, South Carolina
Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team located in Boiling Springs, South Carolina. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be the first line of technical support, providing exceptional customer service while addressing and resolving inquiries related to our specific software applications.
Responsibilities
• Prioritize and manage incoming support tickets through the ticketing system
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to our proprietary software applications
• Collaborate with development teams for advanced issue resolution
• Ensure clear communication with users, understanding their needs and maintaining positive interactions throughout the support process
• Document all troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain accurate support logs
• Provide feedback to improve software functionality and recommend process improvements to reduce future incidents
• Collaborate with other departments, including IT and operations teams, to address complex software issues and ensure seamless user support. Requirements • Familiarity with Ticketing System operations and management
• Proven experience in handling and resolving Support Tickets
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to provide Telephone Support to clients and efficiently address their concerns
• Knowledge of Basic Troubleshooting techniques for common technical issues
• Familiarity with Basic Network Troubleshooting, including diagnosing and resolving connectivity problems Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
