The Qualification Test Technician possesses knowledge of industry test standards and the associated environmental and electromagnetic interference methods. They are responsible for testing, data collection, and communication of data to the engineering staff and management.

Supervise outside laboratory tests. Plan and conduct test methods in accordance with military and commercial standards for confidence. Ensure proper operation of test equipment to adhere to company procedures. Collect data in an organized manner that can be presented to customers and management. Assist in creating cable test harnesses and support equipment. Work with engineering staff to assist in diagnosis and repair of failed production items. Perform ESS testing on overflow production items.

Qualifications

ASEE or ASME preferred. 0 - 4 years related experience in a Test environment. Proficient in use of a computer and Microsoft Office Applications. Basic understanding of Military and Commercial standards (I.E. MIL-STD-461/ 810 or RTCA/DO-160G)
