We are currently seeking a Finance Reporting & Analytics Expert for our Commercial Analytics Bioprocess Solutions (BPS) business based at our headquarters in Bohemia, NY (Long Island). This position is hybrid, and open to sitting at our Bohemia NY, Marlborough MA, or Ann Arbor MI locations. In this position, you will help to harmonize, develop, and strengthen the reporting and analytical capabilities of BPS Sales and Customer Service.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• You will harmonize the commercial reporting in Tableau and on a global basis, keep it stable and further develop the analyses.
• In this role, you will build up capabilities to shift the perspective from re-active reporting to proactive analytics for Sales, Service, and Customer Service.
• One of your duties will be to report major internal KPIs, build up meaningful dashboards and root-cause analyses, mainly in Tableau.
• You will closely collaborate with senior management, regional managers, and continuous improvement project leaders.
• Balance business requirements and technical capabilities to best serve reporting and analytic demands.
• On an as needed basis, you will provide ad-hoc reports for management and project leaders.
• One of your tasks will be to present results and KPIs in a comprehensive manner to all levels of management.
• You will support all appropriate departments or entities with data to help the decision-making process.

What will convince us:

• You have completed a Bachelor's degree in General Management, Business Studies, Information Technology, or related field required.
• You have a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in the area of reporting and data analysis.
• You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Business Warehouse) and Excel.

Base salary offered for the position is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 depending on experience.
