As a Customer Service Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will lead and develop a team of customer service representatives (CSRs), ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to provide effective assistance to our clients. Your goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent service and achieve performance targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Develop and implement efficient customer service policies, procedures, and standards to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

  • Monitor and evaluate CSR interactions to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to company policies and standards.

  • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports on team and individual performance. Implement initiatives to improve performance and productivity.

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops.

  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, providing swift resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve overall customer experience and support business goals.

  • Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
