About our TeamThis Team provides guidance on consolidated reporting for cloud, capital, and operational costs.

About the RoleYou will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of costs within the technology organization. This individual will support the business through reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring spending, hiring, and project progress to ensure capital projects are within approved budget.

• Owning the business case estimation and financial reporting process. Provide support to technology teams within the business units and Finance by ensuring that investment case estimates are accurate.

• Collaborating with Product, Technology, and Finance teams on business case estimation and approval. Attend relevant investment case meetings with Business, Finance, and Tech leaders to provide updates on business cases in the pipeline,

• Monitoring capital spending to ensure alignment with budget and yearly CapDev allowance - at project and Business Unit levels. Collaborate with Cloud Business Office to drive best practices across the business unit.

• Monitor cloud expenses across portfolios. Analyze cost and usage data to identify trends and manage implementation of cost-saving opportunities. Assist in creating and maintaining budgets for cloud services across multiple platforms within the business unit.

• Developing reports, metrics, and models to analyze cloud costs and forecast future spend based on business needs. Help platform teams understand monthly spending and create reports to help them monitor costs. Create and socialize metrics related to technology productivity increases from using AI tools and ServiceNow, etc.

Requirements

• Possess current and extensive experience in crafting and analyzing metrics and associated reporting.

• Experienced Problem Solver: This person should be a creative and results-driven thinker and an excellent problem solver. A critical strong sense of urgency and resourcefulness.

• Possess Attention to Detail: This person should be meticulously detail oriented.

• Demonstrate Time Management Skills: This person needs strong organization and planning skills to prioritize tasks and efficiently get things done.

• Possess Technical and Analytical Skills: This person needs to be proficient in MS Excel and be able to pull data from different systems to perform analysis.
