We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Boca Raton, Florida. As a Staff Accountant, you will be instrumental in managing financial information by accurately processing customer applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing customer credit applications.

• Performing monthly closing procedures and preparing financial statements.

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

• Recording financial transactions through journal entries.

• Managing and maintaining the general ledger.

• Utilizing software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for financial processes.

• Working within a nonprofit setting, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately

• Proficient in maintaining and managing the General Ledger

• Experience in creating and managing Journal Entries

• Capability to handle Month End Close procedures effectively

• Proficiency in using NetSuite accounting software

• Experience with Oracle financial software
