Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented EPM Platform and D365 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, development, maintenance, and support of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms, including FCCS, ARCS, and Planning, and the administration of our D365 ERP system. In addition, the role requires strong expertise in report writing using PowerBI and SQL queries, coupled with a deep understanding of business processes and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and administer the EPM platforms including FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service), and Planning by creating and modifying hierarchies, members and rollups, testing system updates, monitoring system data imports, checking load errors.

  • Implement process enhancements and best practices leveraging EPM system capabilities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT and external vendors.

  • Maintain user roles, security, and access controls within the EPM environment.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.

  • Continuously review and adjust D365 financial dimension combination validations to prevent coding errors or allow combinations that should be allowed to post.

  • Gather monthly Chart of Accounts (COA) changes and apply update in D365 and EPM systems accordingly.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and configure new modules or features.

  • Provide end-user training and support.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.

  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with business areas to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

  • Participate in system upgrade projects or implementations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5 +years of experience in EPM platform administration (FCCS, ARCS, Planning)

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 administration or compatible ERP systems

  • Experience in Oracle EPM forms, business rules, calculation scripts, and variables

  • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL for report writing and data analysis.

  • Experience in Oracle EPM forms, business rules, calculation scripts, variables and databases.

  • Ability to dive into the details to convert business requirements to actionable items.

  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems; SQL, and databases

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., EPM Automate).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in EPM or D365 platforms.

  • Experience working with job costing and billing system data preferred.

  • Experience in a finance or accounting role.
