Well established and growing commercial real estate company is looking for a property accountant to join their team. If you have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, a minimum of 5 years of property accounting experience, Yardi and advanced excel skills, then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of financial statements

Prepares journal entries, adjustments, accruals and reconciliations

Prepares sales tax submissions

Maintains rent rolls for all assigned properties

Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual reports to lenders

Analyze and prepare year-end CAM reconciliations

Prepare and analyze properties cash flow, debt service payments, security deposit transfers and equity distributions.

Assist with year-end audit
