The ODP Corporation Graphic Design Manager - B2B (Remote*) in Boca Raton, Florida

Overview

Manager, Graphic Design is responsible for the delivery and execution of creative concepts for ODP Business Solutions. This position leads the creation of communication campaigns & concepts, implementation of online and print marketing strategies, design & execution all marketing vehicles, and development of interactive design solutions. This position contributes to all phases of creative work development life cycle, inclusive of website & digital creative, including ongoing maintenance and daily production work. Ensures brand guidelines and consistency across all jobs (internal and from agencies)

This position resolves issues and contributes to all areas of creativity. This position will manage creative agency work (external). This position will have a broad knowledge of B2B creative and execution, including both digital and print, and experience working in and with website creation.

Please note to be considered for this opportunity you MUST have B2B marketing experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or with an organization that produces physical product.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive creative direction for ODP Business Solutions in alignment with brand & marketing strategies.

  • Manage creative agencies to create desired outcomes, fresh creative and meet the creative needs as described in marketing briefs.

  • Cross-collaboration with all marketing & Ecommerce teams, especially Brand & Content, including Traffic Manager.

  • Act as voice of brand by reviewing all creative content and ensuring it meet brand standards.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic / Digital Design or related disciplines or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B brand and / or website creative creation experience, agency or related field

  • Technical Competencies & Information Systems:

  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail

  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Visio, and Mac & PC platforms

  • Experience with or adjacent to XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Workfront experience a plus

  • Knowledge of visual communication, website design, and marketing

  • Understanding of user-centered design techniques, including personas, scenarios, site diagrams, wireframes, and content maps.

  • Written and verbal communication skills

*Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a radius of our physical locations, including, but not be limited to Boca Raton, Itasca, and Austin, will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week beginning in July 2024.
