Job Title: Collections Specialist- B2B

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong understanding of billing and collections procedures, excellent customer service, and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities Include:

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondences.

• Maintain a detailed, accurate record of all activity and customer interactions.

• Act as a mediator to resolve customer disputes, reaching mutually beneficial agreements.

• Conduct account research and analysis.

• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and propose necessary solutions.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit or collections.

• Strong negotiation and resolution skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed set targets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with relevant software applications.
