Responsibilities

The Grill Cook wiill be responsible for:

• preparing quality food according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment.

• Grilling in a cafeteriastyle environment.

• Receiving orders, preparing food and working with the public at the same time.

• Serving hotline

• Replenishing and stocking

• Shifts will be variable but primarily days and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred.

• Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired.

• Grilling experience

• Multi-tasking skills

County Specific requirement.

• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
