Senior Demand and Supply Planning Manager (SKF USA Inc. / Blue Bell, PA) -- Responsible for managing end-to-end tasks necessary to meet and maintain optimal inventory goals; accountable for balance that optimizes inventory investment and service levels for customers; responsible for inventory management process, new product development, and resolution of issues; accountable for continuity of supply at right supply chain cost, including responsibility for demand plan validation and finalization before entering into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (forecasting at both macro and part level); accountable for total supply chain cost (obsolescence and logistics); review end-to-end supply chain risk and provide mitigation proposals; classify stock profile, classification and mix (ABC) for North America Imported assortment, with direct impact in the stock carrying cost for company; define Planning Methodology and tools to be used for the assortment, depending on variability and customers involved; responsible for Big Data handling, management and maintenance, Data Analytics and report creation; Center of Excellence for Planning Best Practices and adherence to processes. Position manages a business process and does not manage personnel. Requires Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field and three years of experience in job offered or as Product Planning Analyst and/or Product Planning Specialist. Background in education, training or experience must include project management; demonstrated project leadership experience; proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, DOH, ICSS, Data Query (Cognos), and SO99, PEER Vision, DCH, Illuminate, Power BI, and ServiceNow; demonstrated ability to build, maintain, lead strong relationships in a cross-functional environment.
