We need a proctor for: The following days and times

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:50pm

Setting up teams meetings and starting the class and ending the class on Microsoft Teams. Checking on the technology (microphone, speakers, video) used for class and calling Helpdesk for assistance when it is not working properly.

Building Facility - Meeting and greeting and letting students in the classroom at set times. Communicating with proctor supervisor.

Monitoring exams as needed. Storing and distributing class materials as needed.

Monitor Exam: If the proctor believes that the exam process has been compromised, interrupt the exam and report the incident. Be able to use microsoft forms or email to report it.

Observing and reporting any student behavior in conflict with the "Academic Code of Conduct for Academic Students" and the "NPRC Behavioral Code of Conduct for Students."

Requirements:

Criminal History Check

PA Child Abuse History Clearance

Federal Criminal History Record Check

Pay $15/hr Start Jan 13th end May 13th

Qualifications:

Must be comfortable with in-person (only) proctoring and have a basic understanding of Microsoft programs
