HR Generalist Opportunity

Robert Half HR Services is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and solutions-oriented Sr. HR Generalist for a full-time, direct placement opportunity. Join a well-established, multi-dimensional family owned company dedicated to exceeding customer expectations with their comprehensive and customized services.

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota (Hybrid work model – three days in-office preferred)

About the Job:

Your role as a SR. HR Generalist will be dynamic and multifaceted. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Benefits Administration – Work in ADP, entering new hires into the system to get them enrolled, manage EEO, work comp, OSHA 300 annual logs.

  • Employee Relations – Be the trusted go-to for managers, answering sensitive day-to-day questions. Should any issues arise, collaborate with an attorney when necessary.

  • ADP Management – Handle updates, changes, increases, resignations, and more. Conduct bi-weekly payroll reporting, and manage new incentive programs.

  • Recruiting – Assist hiring managers with managing job postings and watching applicant flow. For corporate roles, help with interviewing.

  • Engagement – Join the passionate efforts to focus on culture and engagement, participating in service programs, starting engagement committees, and launching recognition initiatives.

  • Unemployment Claims Management – Handle any unemployment claims that come through, ensuring they are answered thoroughly and promptly.

Requirements:

We're seeking an experience generalist with 7+ years of progressive HR experience capable of taking initiative and finding creative solutions. The perfect candidate will be a culture fit. They value professionalism yet appreciate a fun, relaxed, family-like work atmosphere. Previous experience in multi-state support is crucial.

Must be proficient in: ADP WFN
