About our group: The People Analytics and Digital Strategy team aims to elevate the employee experience and drive strategic people-related initiatives through data-driven insights, innovative technology, and continuous feedback. About the role - you will: Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting employee feedback and employee experience data to drive insights and initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement Conduct surveys across the employee life cycle Analyzing trends, prepare insights via dashboards and reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee experience initiatives About you: Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to communicate findings effectively Attention to detail and excellent project management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment Your experience includes: Human Resources practices, employee feedback mechanisms, and survey methodologies using Qualtrics Proficiency in data analysis, survey design, and statistical analysis skills Employee engagement, organizational development, or HR analytics Data visualization tools and statistical analysis software Excellent research skills and proficiency in market research Analytical skills and statistics proficiency Interpreting quantitative and qualitative data The estimated base salary range for this position is $81,500.00 - $116,600.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
