Description We are offering an opportunity for a Social Media Specialist to join our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry located in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

• Define most important social media KPIs

• Manage and oversee social media content

• Measure the success of every social media campaign

• Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams

• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

• Provide constructive feedback

• Adhere to rules and regulations regarding images and text on social media channels. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries.

• Proven expertise in managing Instagram accounts for business or organizations.

• Proficiency in using Analytics tools to measure and report on social media performance.

• Demonstrated experience in increasing brand awareness through social media platforms.

• Experience in campaign planning and execution for social media.

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective functionalities.

• Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns.

• Ability to create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.

• Familiarity with current social media trends and ability to anticipate future trends.
