HealthPartners Senior Clinical Quality Project Manager in Bloomington, Minnesota
HealthPartners is currently hiring for a Senior Clinical Quality Project Manager. In support of ambulatory care service lines (e.g., primary care, specialty care) the project manager provides project oversight inclusive of planning, leading, managing, implementing, and evaluating projects of various size and scope across the HealthPartners enterprise. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience Five (5) years of project management experience Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently under tight timelines and/or change work direction and priorities effectively and efficiently based on project demands. Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret varied and complex information; communicate and achieve consensus on recommendations. Articulate, highly motivated, detail oriented, well organized, flexible and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Analytical decision-making skills including the ability to view issues from multiple viewpoints. Demonstrated negotiation and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Health care industry experience PMP and/or Lean Certification Current/prior RN licensure EPIC experience (i.e., reporting workbench, orders, health maintenance alerts/HMA). Power BI experience. Degree/certification in health informatics. Degree/certification in public health. Hours/Location: M-F; Days May work in a hybrid capacity and will be onsite once per week on average. Additional onsite visits may be required dependent upon project and/or team needs. Responsibilities: Works with key partners across the organization: hospital, medical group, and other parts of our care delivery system and the health plan to support care delivery initiatives focused on integration, collaboration, and improvement. Plays a key role in the leadership, analysis, design, implementation, and facilitation of improvement of operations, systems, and processes by applying performance improvement techniques. Partners with organizational leaders to design and implement approaches that continuously improve Triple Aim. Captures lessons learned and assists in translation of successes to other areas. Leads or conducts development of project plans, including objectives, deliverables, key tasks, timelines, budget management, milestones, key partner, and team member. identification, risks, decision-making processes, and resource requirements. Communicates progress and findings to multiple audiences. Reports project status, issues, barriers to project sponsors and leaders to keep project on time and ensure success. Performs all other duties as assigned.
