The Sr Advanced Product Quality Manager will lead TTC Product Quality team to ensure end to end quality for all TTC products and services by utilizing, improving, and expanding existing business systems and processes to design quality into new products and processes. This role will work across the company to ensure customer expectations are understood and met while working with the supply, design and manufacturing teams to deliver products to launch on time, at cost, and at the level of quality that our customers expect. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
What Will You Do?

Lead, motivate & empower the Product Quality team on projects aligned with the strategic direction of the Global Quality Integrated Supply Chain organization. Integrate APQP, NPD, Manufacturing and Supplier Excellence.
Build NPD process gap closure roadmap and execute.
Help set strategic direction and deploy initiatives, in conjunction with the Director of Quality, to move TTC to the next level of product quality, including reliability engineering, APQP integration and designed in quality ensuring tools and best practices like SPC, PPAPs, FMEAs, control plans and critical characteristics are deployed and utilized in conjunction with the business units and other functions.
In conjunction with the QMS Program Manager and the Director of Quality, develop and refine TTC business processes and system to deliver end to end quality that meets our customers’ expectations.
Actively develop the quality personnel to ensure the skillset to deliver best in class quality exists.
Support the Integrated Supply Chain, Design Engineering and Marketing Managers on product roadmaps in order to help deliver end-to-end quality while ensuring that each new product meets the timeline, cost and the customer’s expectations.
Oversee Quality Engineering support for the R&D organization through active participation on project teams with development of quality deliverables per the project plans and active monitoring of conformance to the design assurance requirements to ensure they meet the intended use and user needs, while assuring quality and reliability.
Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
Responsible for the validation and release of NPI products, NPD deviations, engineering design and software quality holds for distribution to end user customers. Manages product and customer risk either directly or through the personnel on the team, drive compliance and resolution of non-conformances using standard TTC processes and problem-solving techniques, specifically Toro CAPA App.
Manage product reviews / validations, product launch surveillance, and management reviews. Contribute to post-market surveillance and adverse event reporting.
Review quality and process performance data against acceptance criteria and provides strategic direction to improve performance and compliance.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 years of prior relevant Quality experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
Demonstrated leadership cross functional experience
Demonstrated Advanced Product Quality Planning process experience
Six Sigma, Lean or equivalent statistical problem-solving methodology (Shainin)
ISO 9001 Quality Management System experience preferred
American Society of Quality certifications preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $135100 - $160000 . Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package.
