Ampcus Inc is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist Location(s): Bloomington, MN Specialist will manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of Client 4G/5G macro new build and/or modification programs and service improvements in the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND). This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a "Real Estate Complete" work product. Responsibilities : Work involves supervising third party vendors in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. ust be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role will include PO management. Assist with special projects as they arise. Fully remote candidates will be considered. Qualifications: Must have telecom/wireless experience with strong project management experience; prior experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors is preferred. Ideal candidate will have previous carrier experience, preferably working at or with Client . Ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity working projects with large tower companies such as ATC, SBA, or Crown Castle. Experience accurately forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding the impact of the job to the overall program. Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals. Excellent communication skills with a positive team-focused energy and drive. Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success. Experience with database tracking systems/tools - experience with processes and tools (FUZE) preferred. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
