Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Coordinator for our office in Twin Cities, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration of day-to-day operations of human resources duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, conducting screenings, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.

• Assist in the coordination and execution of HR programs and policies.

• Provide support in managing benefits, compensation, and employee performance.

• Assist with orientations, onboarding, training, and development efforts.

• Coordinate HR projects and ensure deadlines are met.

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR role.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

• Working knowledge of employment laws.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
