Job Summary: As the Power Door and Hardware Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the power door and hardware division within ECSI System Integrators. Your role will involve managing a team, coordinating projects, ensuring product quality, and maintaining client relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of technicians and sales professionals.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team members perform effectively.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of power door and hardware installation projects.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Address any issues or concerns that arise during project implementation.

  • Product Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor the quality of power door and hardware products and ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements.

  • Implement quality control processes to identify and address any issues or defects.

  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain product quality and address any concerns.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.

  • Provide proactive support and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales and Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

  • Develop sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for business expansion.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Key Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the power door and hardware industry or a related field.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Excellent project management abilities with a focus on planning, organizing, and problem-solving.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.

  • Solid understanding of power door and hardware products, installation processes, and industry standards.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management, sales, and client relationship management.
