HealthPartners is hiring a part-time, Medication Therapy Management Program Coordinator, Senior. This position supports the quality of the HealthPartners Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Program. This role is focused on MTM program coordination, development, implementation, compliance, and audit readiness. This position participates in and supports multiple projects, initiatives, and implementations with competing and varying timelines. This role will be monitoring quality, responding to external and internal regulatory and compliance audits, and risk management and mitigation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business, or related field OR at least five years of experience in health care or pharmacy customer service, program coordination or relevant experience Minimum of four years general health care or pharmacy experience in a customer service-oriented environment with a demonstrated understanding of the healthcare industry Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong background in customer service and care delivery Understanding of medical and pharmacy terminology Ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources. Expertise in working collaboratively and communicating with staff in different positions and all levels of management positions. High degree of initiative and ability to work independently and within a group. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in HealthPartners Pharmacy Administration or Care Delivery. Direct work experience with government programs and regulatory matters. Pharmacy technician, managed care, or insurance setting experience. Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) programs. Knowledge of HealthPartners systems and applications.
