The Application Systems Senior Principal Engineer will execute effective / accurate implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and components. This position will design concepts of how to translate the manufacturing processes, resources and materials required into physical, process and execution models. Manage multiple projects while prioritizing actions in support of MES development objectives. Responsibilities: MES Modeling and setup for a high mix production environment to automate processes and minimize human error. Modification & extensions of existing MES solutions. Data Collection and SPC modeling in the MES. Able to generate reports using SQL and other reporting tools. Help maintain and improve site reporting systems. Work with outside vendors to achieve company objectives.
