Job Summary: Join the dynamic team at Donaldson, a global leader in filtration solutions, as a Product Management Intern for Air Products. This role will offer hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and strategic development for our air filtration portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to help drive innovation and product success. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world exposure in a global organization while developing skills in product management, customer insights, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Product Support: Assist with the development, execution, and analysis of product strategies for the Air Products team, including new product launches and lifecycle management. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Provide actionable insights to inform product roadmaps. Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data on product performance, customer feedback, and sales trends to identify areas for improvement or new opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product development and go-to-market strategies. Customer Insights: Support the team in gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, or direct engagement. Presentations & Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders summarizing key findings, progress on product initiatives, and recommendations. Project Management: Help manage specific projects, ensuring timelines are met, and deliverables are aligned with product strategy goals. Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA. Experience working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience utilizing analytical skills, from either prior internship or work experience, or, collegiate experience such as projects or student clubs. Passion for product development and an interest in the filtration industry is preferred. Familiarity with product management concepts, market research, or data analysis is a plus.
