Human Resources Data Analyst
Location: Bloomington, IN
Pay Rate: $25-30/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Contract Type: Temporary
Position Overview : Kelly Services is proud to partner with a top-tier company seeking a Human Resources Data Analyst to join their team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for handling a significant amount of manual data entry, ensuring all daily requests are completed accurately and on time. Additionally, this person will run reports, audit data, and support the team in maintaining data accuracy across all systems. Apply now for immediate consideration!
Key Responsibilities:
Extract, clean, and analyze HR data.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, resolving any discrepancies.
Pull payroll register data from Dayforce to validate 401(k) calculations and matching
Take extracts from Dynamics and Dayforce to ensure systems align for Employee data.
Skills Required:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, system comparison/audit functions).
Knowledge of Dynamics, Dayforce, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present data clearly and ask questions when clarification is needed.
