Job Summary

Bring your passion for food and service to the heart of game day! As a Senior Concessions Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all concession areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless service. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee concession stands, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction

• Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controls

• Train and supervise concession staff to uphold service and safety standards

• Implement best practices for food safety and sanitation compliance

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to optimize efficiency

• Monitor sales, labor costs, and profitability for continuous improvement

• Lead the team in delivering an exceptional game-day experience

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred

• 3+ years of experience in food & beverage management, concessions, or hospitality

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management

• Experience leading and training a team in a high-volume setting

• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
