Description:

Responsible for aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, processing basic transactions including beneficiary changes, address changes, and contributions, among other items. Also may require research to troubleshoot client and rep problems. Clients may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Will work closely with team members and will partner with members of other teams on various items.

• Processing work, IRA and Roth IRA’s accounts

• They work with clients and financial advisors via phone and email

• Customer service skills are very important

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (can be retail)

• Computer proficient (ideally 1+ year data entry experience)

• Able to work onsite 5 days a week

• High School diploma
