TEKsystems Customer Service in Bloomington, Illinois

Description:

Responsible for aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, processing basic transactions including beneficiary changes, address changes, and contributions, among other items. Also may require research to troubleshoot client and rep problems. Clients may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Will work closely with team members and will partner with members of other teams on various items.

•Processing work, IRA and Roth IRA’s accounts

•Work with clients and financial advisors via phone and email

•Will be on the phones for 2 days of the week, answering inbound phone calls, Outreach will be done the other 3 days

Shift:

M- 8amCST-4:30pm CST

For the 6-8 weeks of training they will be 100% onsite

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2 Years Customer Service Experience

2 Years Data Entry Experience

High School Diploma

Communication and People Skills
