TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Bloomington, Illinois
Our client, a leading North American Financial Services firm, is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their Bloomington, IL team.
Description:
-The Customer Service Representatives will make calls on behalf of the field reps. They will be trying to set up annual review appointments with CURRENT customers
-Responsible for aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Calls may require research to troubleshoot customer problems. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
-The appointments they are setting up are to review current policies and renewals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Customer Service experience
Microsoft Office experience
Ability to work Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm CST
