The Cigna Group Program Management Lead Analyst (Enterprise Compliance) in Bloomfield, Connecticut
Summary
The Program Management Lead Analyst role will be responsible for driving assigned Enterprise Compliance program objectives as well as support the PMO strategic planning function for the enterprise. This role will work collaboratively with designated MHP PMO, MHP Compliance, MHP Legal and Business partners across the enterprise. Specifically, this role will work closely with Second Line of Defense (Compliance) to understand business impact, develop and implement measurable controls and reporting, and support First Line of Defense (Business) with establishing sustainable processes to ensure Parity adherence.
Responsibilities
Leads individual projects from requirements definition through implementation, identifying schedule, scope, budget, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Responsible for gathering data, identifying trends, and generating insights
Create visually compelling presentations that effectively convey key messages, leveraging creativity and branding consistency
Responsible for supporting overall visualization strategy and reporting; has experience in SharePoint and OnSpring
Drive conversations to assess and determine regulatory requirements and operational impacts to implement the appropriate change controls
Facilitate meetings with regulatory, compliance and business partners to define alternative recommendations/solutions when barriers to implementation exist and analyze options to determine the right business solution
Assist operational business teams with the design and implementation of business parity governance processes, including cross business decision making and reporting framework
Qualifications
5+ years relevant experience working with Enterprise Compliance programs
Excellent project management skills with proven track record of success
Broad business acumen including, but not limited to: Sales, Product, Networking, Claims, Utilization Management, Appeals and Service Operations
Proven enterprise mindset including, but not limited to: Medical/Behavioral, Express Scripts and Individual & Family Plan
Clear understanding of the Cigna Compliance Operating Model (first, second and third lines of defense)
Ability to quickly identify business, compliance regulatory issues and propose and implement innovative solutions
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and corresponding organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, etc.)
Experience with SharePoint, O365 products, PowerBI, and Project
Process Engineering and Project Management Certification are pluses
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 74,000 - 123,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
