is hiring an Inventory Coordinator in Bloomfield, CT.

Pay Rate:

$20 - $25/hour Schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Duties:

The Inventory Coordinator maintains inventory accuracy, manages stock levels, and ensures efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of medical equipment and parts, ensuring availability and accuracy.
• Perform regular inventory counts and address any discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries of medical equipment and components.
• Organize and label inventory within storage areas for easy accessibility and compliance with medical industry standards.
• Generate inventory reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and medical equipment safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to support the management of medical equipment inventory.
