Job Posting: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Bloomfield, CT

Employment Type: Full-Time/Direct Hire

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts receivable and collections? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving? Join our client’s dynamic team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring payments are processed accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review overdue accounts and initiating contact via email and phone.

• Investigate accounts to identify and resolve overdue balances.

• Handle insurance claims and thoroughly review related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Act as the liaison between customers and insurance adjusters, providing necessary information to facilitate claim payments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience

• Motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with insurance companies and adjusters is a strong plus.
