Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Description
As an HVAC Service Technician and future team leader for our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch service delivery while mentoring the next generation of technicians. You'll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, shaping the future of our service team.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems and equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Use HVAC tools and equipment while adhering to safety standards.
Issue 'Lock Out/Tag Out' tags and follow required procedures.
Participate in on-call duty outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain confidentiality on all private, sensitive, and proprietary business issues.
Support the team by phone as needed, 24/7.
Essential Skills
At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
EPA Certification.
High School diploma or GED.
Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Solid understanding of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety standards.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate's degree or technical certification in HVAC or a related field.
Prior experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service.
Experience with Service Titan.

Work Environment
Work primarily in the field, including customer sites, with occasional office-based tasks. You'll work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures and weather conditions, at least 70% of the time. Tasks may involve climbing ladders, working from heights, confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You'll also carry extension ladders and must have good visual acuity.
