Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.

• Visit our Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Blairsville, PA and other surrounding areas(Indiana, Cambria, Bedford, Somerset, and Jefferson county).

• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.

• Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.

• Facilitate new hire orientation.

• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.

• Supervisory experience preferred.
