Position: Criminal/Civil Deputy Prosecutor
Salary: Salary Range from \$84,864 - \$90,032 D.O.E.
Full-time/exempt position with full benefits
Closing Date: Open Until Filled
Primary Function
The principal function is to perform professional legal and administrative work involving
criminal prosecutions, including misdemeanors, felonies, infractions and civil work as
assigned. Work is performed under the general supervision of the County Prosecuting
Attorney and indirect supervision of a Chief Deputy Prosecutor.
Acceptable Experience/Training
Graduation from a school of law with accredited JD Degree
License to practice law in the State of Idaho;
