Position Title: ERP Systems Administrator I, II, III, or Sr

Position Purpose:
Assist with the architecture, planning, and implementation of an ERP system, including standard and custom-made modules and a system that will scale and grow with the growth of the Cooperative. Build relationships and collaborate with internal/external departments, stakeholders, and end- users on the administration of business applications that support the Cooperative’s objectives. Assist in the coordination of project teams, of various sizes, and serve as a contact between Information Technology (IT), the Cooperative business units, and external solution providers. Assist in ensuring compliance of technology solutions with IT standards and participate in the development and implementation life cycle. This position is identified as a Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) related position which may allow physical and/or logical access to Bulk Electric System (BES) cyber related assets or systems.
Essential Functions:
Assist in gathering data from business units to understand technical and functional requirements. Assist with reviewing the existing application environments and document processes to assist team in using the information to recommend and implement solutions.
Provide information used to design, develop, test, configure, upgrade, and maintain business applications and processes.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing security measures, and control processes to safeguard computer systems and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Provide support for assigned business applications including problem resolution and after- hours support.
Assist with communication to keep appropriate team members, departments, and stakeholders up to date to ensure successful technical outcomes. Participate in meetings communicating project status and action items to team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.
Work on teams that are assigned software projects of varying size and assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Participate on cross-functional teams to conduct assessments of the current state and constraints for defining the future state of and technology architectures of ERP solutions including functional and technical assessments; and provide input to the strategic direction of ERP technology for maximum return.
Assist in coordinating and implementing usability and configuration enhancements to extend software functionality; and maintain software changes and interfaces through high level programming.
Qualifications :
ERP Systems Administrator I:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or related field; or
Associates degree in information technology, business or related field; and 2 years of related IT experience; or
High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSED); and 4 years of related IT experience.
ERP System Administrator II:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field; and 3 years of experience working with the development, administration, and implementation of ERP systems; or
Associates degree in information technology, business, or related field; and 5 years of related IT experience; or
High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSED); and 7 years of related IT experience.
ERP System Administrator III:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or related field; and 6 years of related IT experience working with the development, administration, and implementation of enterprise business applications; or
Associates degree in information technology, business or related field; and 8 years of related IT experience; or
High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSED); and 10 years of related IT experience.
Able to manage and deliver robust technical solutions.
ERP System Administrator Sr:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or related field; and 10 years of related IT experience working with the development, administration, and implementation of enterprise business applications; or
Associates degree in information technology, business or related field; and 12 years of related IT experience; or
High school diploma or equivalent (GED or HSED); and 14 years of related IT experience.
Able to manage and deliver robust technical solutions.
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of application development and application lifecycles; application development; implementation of applications; procedural language; Structured Query Language (SQL), Object-oriented programming (OOP), and relational database concepts.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and IT strategic development skills.
Knowledge of computer system networking and architecture.
Knowledge of ERP solutions such as SAP or Oracle, preferred.
Able to work with project teams, handling multiple projects, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Knowledge of business and information technology principles and ability to review and identify technical solutions that support business IT needs.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Experience working with and project managing across teams, overseeing multiple projects, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Knowledge of project management tools and software.
Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A valid driver’s license.

Typical Physical/Mental/Environmental Demands:
This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position and to move about the office building, occasional reaching below and above shoulder level, constant use of a keyboard/computer and other office productivity machinery, bending, kneeling, lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds. It also requires finger dexterity and hand coordination. This position requires the ability to communicate and must be able to clearly exchange accurate information. It also requires the ability to develop plans, procedures, and goals; present information to others; and work under stress to complete projects within deadlines. Will work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Occasional travel may be required.
