Cloud Development Intern Remote, USA - OneStream Software LLC Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time) ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing internship opportunities with OneStream Software. We are a financial software company, headquartered in Rochester, Michigan. We offer a financial consolidation software, and marketplace solutions, to large organizations across the world. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we offer our customers the ability to store their data using Microsoft Azure. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry. Our internships run from June 10th, 2024 - August 16th, 2024 and are up to 40 hours per week with competitive pay. RESPONSIBILITIES The Cloud Development team develops internal applications primarily used by our Support, Operations, and Compliance teams within OneStream. These applications are focused on automating infrastructure management on the Azure platform, customer requests, customer notifications, compliance auditing, and availability monitoring of our SaaS platform. We primarily work using C# / .NET core and host our applications using Azure Functions. During this internship you will have the opportunity to learn about cloud focused development and will contribute to a solution that helps improve customer experience, help ease the pressure placed on our Customer Support team and improve the overall stability and integrity of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have some exposure with C# / .NET core development with a passion for learning and a desire to see how your contributions directly help both your co-workers and the organization as a whole. Work on stories and bugs within our sprints alongside other members of the team. Learn about cloud focused development. Gain valuable experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Internship areas are based on previous years and can be subject to change DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Formal Education and Certification In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area 3.4 GPA or higher Junior, senior, and graduate-level students preferred Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required Personal Attributes Highly motivated and self-directed Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups Strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting Able to work on a broad variety of projects Adaptable to changing needs and situations Ability to establish credibility and trust Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship WHO WE ARE O
