The Marketing Coordinators primary role is assisting with proposal coordination. This entails assisting in management of drafting, developing, and editing proposals. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for the development of marketing materials including presentations, brochures and content for internal and external communications. Candidate will work in a team environment frequently collaborate with International Group leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior management in directing all proposal efforts
  • Support the creation and review of proposal outlines
  • Assist in analyzing the Request For Proposal (RFP)/Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the clients issues and needs
  • Lead development of proposal sections and volumes, and conduct regular proposal progress status meetings to maintain the proposal schedule with designated team members, both internal and external
  • Assist in the development technical narratives for final proposal packages via coordination with internal design, estimating, and engineering departments
  • Assisting in event planning and executing
  • Assisting in corporate initiatives
  • Review proposal narratives and volumes to ensure they are compliant, all requirements are adequately addressed, page limitations are not exceeded and revisions are completed
  • Creating and maintaining market-related content on website
  • Creating and maintaining content on intranet
  • Coordinate with the client to confirm project information and photography meets guidelines for public dissemination
  • Assisting with coordination and production of interview presentations, awards submittals and marketing materials for tradeshows
  • Assist in executing marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists and related collateral
  • Coordinating and supporting corporate events and philanthropic events
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Citizen
  • Ability to maintain and obtain a US Government Security Clearance
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong technical writing skills preferred with an eye for graphics
  • Bachelors Degree is Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Capability to problem solve independently
  • Team Player

Preferred:

  • Previous A/E/C experience

Physical Demands:

To perform the duties of this job, the employee must:

  • Have the ability to repetitively use hands to grasp, reach above and below with arms, and work overhead
  • Have the ability to stoop, bend, walk, kneel, crouch and crawl
  • Have the ability to lift, carry and/or move up to 25 lbs. of weight in the form of paper, boxes, files, etc.
  • Have the ability to sit for extended periods with occasional standing required
  • Possess the manual dexterity to operate office equipment, filing, and perform specialized skills
  • Possess a high degree of concentration necessary in a busy office environment
