Responsibilities

Responsible for AR support and performing collection functions for the department

Perform commercial collections on a daily basis

Responsible for lowering DSO, collections of accounts 45 days past due, performing detailed follow up

Phone, email, and letter communication to delinquent customers for payment update

Coordinates with accounting department for updates regarding past due accounts and next steps

8 years of AR/Collections experienced required

Excellent communication skills

Ability to solve problems and have high attention to detail

Knowledge of QuickBooks

Outstanding follow up

Excellent customer service experience
