Description

We are offering a long-term contract/ fractional employment opportunity for a CFO - Chief Financial Officer in BIRMINGHAM, Alabama. This role will be supporting a growing real-estate client for 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage FP& A processes and ensure all expenses are within budget guidelines

• Handle capital management to support the company's financial goals

• Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor the company's financial status

• Prepare KPI reports to track financial performance

• Manage corporate treasury functions to optimize financial resources

• Implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Solid understanding and experience in Budget Processes, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making, and reporting.

• Strong skills in Capital Management, including the ability to manage financial resources and optimize investments.

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis, with the ability to forecast, monitor, plan, and manage cash flow to meet business needs.

• Experience in KPI Reporting, with the ability to develop and track financial and non-financial KPIs that align with company goals.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Corporate Treasury, including managing liquidity, funding, risk management, and bank relationships.

• Proven track record in Business Process Improvement, with the ability to streamline financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
