Job Description

The role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets customer needs. This includes managing infrastructure platforms/environments, assessing performance against service level objectives, implementing improvements for efficiency and effectiveness, providing technical support for escalated issues, maintaining documentation on processes and procedures, contributing to team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions. The individual will also be responsible for adhering to compliance standards and participating in scheduled night/weekend implementation projects as needed.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years' experience implementing Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS cloud resources (e.g., Compute, Networking, Data Storage, App Services, Service Bus, API Management, Logic apps, etc.) in existing or new infrastructure/network environments

-Proficiency in Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Active Directory

-Familiar with some of the following: Azure Front Doors, Application Gateways, Load Balancers, Azure Firewalls

-Experience managing service delivery platforms/environments -Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 platform

-Knowledge of PowerShell & Azure CLI null
